🎉UPDATE: ADOPTED 🎉 🚨Leo A2250085 needs safe exit from the shelter in Los Angeles by 2/25 or he will be euthanized for kennel stress 💔 Leo is just a 3 year old boy who is desperate to be close to people. The isolation of living in a kennel is becoming too much for him and he has started biting the bars of his kennel door and causing harm to his mouth ❤️‍🩹 When he is out with volunteers he is affectionate and seeks physical contact. He will put his head in between your legs and when you rub his ears he closes his eyes and gives little kisses 💗He checks in with you when walking on leash and will chase a ball. But usually prefers to be close by, ideally within petting distance 💙 Leo has also done well in playgroup! He is gentle/dainty, soft, avoids conflict, playful with social female dog when one one. This good dog has been waiting since January 4th when his intake note said he was a ‘stray, left at shelter’ but the stress is becoming too much for him to endure 😞 Leo is begging to be out of a kennel and into a home with a committed, caring family. His time is nearly up and a euthanasia date is imminent. His volunteer friends would love to see him out of the shelter before that date arrives 🙏🏽 #dog #shelterdog #rescuedog #foryoupage #fyp Please VISIT TO ADOPT! Ask a volunteer to meet Leo. Or FOSTER!
