@ancientmystery432hz: How Did Amazon Tribes Discover Ayahuasca? Join Joe Rogan and rainforest explorer Paul Rosolie as they explore one of the most fascinating questions about indigenous knowledge in the Amazon: how was ayahuasca identified and prepared among tens of thousands of plant species? Their conversation examines theories ranging from careful observation and generations of experimentation to the spiritual interpretations held by many tribes, who view the rainforest itself as a teacher. Rather than settling on a single explanation, they discuss shamanic traditions, the risks involved in botanical discovery, and why ayahuasca is often described as a bridge between the natural and spiritual worlds. MAOI inhibitors can work as an anti depressant... Someone must have felt good by eating something so they kept eating it. One day that person made boiled vegetable soup with friends, while starving and he was the only one who hallucinated... They all eventually deduced he was the only one who had also consumed X=the MAOI inhibitor plant. Happy accident
