Have driven through the dakotas. Those highway patrol are only there to harass and fine people driving on those roads. they will exaggerate anything to pull you over and give you a ticket with a fine. is there only an entire job? They do not stop or prevent crime in any sort opinion

Sadly alot of the law enforcement departments in South Dakota have been caught hiding evidence against their officers and using drug paraphernalia heavily to make more money into their pockets forget which department but one of them destroyed evidence against an officer who was being charged for sexually assaulting a small child
