I once served a customer that claimed to be coeliac, so i said, are you 100% coeliac or gluten intolerant? They said 100% coeliac so i was like sorry this is a pasta bar, despite out efforts, crossed contamination is very likely to happen, and they were like “oh no i mean it’s okay if it’s just a little bit”
