so a lot of it is they are getting promoted because they are a woman and not because of their racing. The best prospect was Hallie Deegan and she was moved up too fast and didn't spend enough time in the lower series then floundered in the higher series. The only way a woman is going to do well in Nascar is if they have enough time to properly develop. And they stop getting forced up just because they are a woman.

They get no grace. A male driver can do something wrong and it gets talked about and then everybody moves on. If they get into a wreck that isn't their fault they still get blame. They also don't get proper team support. Take Danica for example. She Was the 4th team at SHR and was treated as such. Her equipment wasn't as good as the other 3. I will go back to tge 80's there was a young lady driver named Robin McCall. Winning races and running up front in ASA and other series in the midwest. She came out to Mesa Marin Raceway in California. She qualified well and was starting near the front. Was crashed out after a few laps and i knew the driver that did it. He told me later there was no way they were going to let a girl run up front or win. I still think drivers have that mentality.

I agree I would love for women to succeed, i personally think it’s comes down to strength, males have more strength and can compete a longer time, I too the point that nascar needs to form a female only class ( no transgender either, that would basically be a male in a female class) , could be very good for manufactur, the female class could be EV are hybrid, body could be a car are even an suv

It’s unfortunate that there are so few women in motorsports in general. It’s a numbers game. There are plenty of men that hit the big leagues but don’t do much. They just blend in. Whereas we are shown the women because it’s unique and interesting.

They get rushed up too quickly. The best female prospect that we have is Isabella Robusto. If they keep her in ARCA for at least two season she will be the best female driver ever.
