Hear me out- what if realtors are not being honest with sellers. What if agents are “accepting” what the seller says they want to list it at instead of being honest and not taking the listing. And because many are not turning down overpriced listing, this has now caused major distrust in our industry. 🤷♀️

Homes aren’t selling because people are hearing how expensive insurance is. I’m hearing people how’s monthly payment went from $1700 per month to now over $2000. It’s crazy and unsustainable. Don’t ever buy a house!!!

The problem is people bought houses when they were EXTREMELY over priced. And now they think they can sell it for more than they paid. They got screwed and think their house is worth more than it is.

we did a ton of improvements, those are for us though. I'll be happy to just get what we paid to purchase it when we sell in 5-10yrs so we can roll a little equity into a forever home.
