RECIPE (1 cake, 60min prep time): -1 boxed cake mix (make sure it’s 400-410g of dry mix) -350g silken tofu -55g oil Mix until it’s a smooth batter, transfer to a baking dish and bake according to the package instructions. Gotta try that 😁 I use a can of white beans, put them in the blender, and then use it as a substitute for the eggs and oil 😁

Ya’ll I tried this and it deadass works but personally I’d blend the tofu with a blender to get it really smooth bc my batter was kind of thick but it still came out good
