The '220 minus your age' thing isn't legit. Look into it. (I've hit 208 exactly too doing the bleep test. I was 30+ yo at the time. Felt knackered obv but fine after 20-30s.)

the average heart rate for an adult is 60-100, anything over 200 is seriously not good and a very good sign your heart is under too much pressure, very lucky it wasn't a cardiac arrest
