Adopted a 4 month old puppy yesterday and he is very people anxious, when I met him yesterday he was shy and nervous and didn’t take treats either. Now he’s attached to my hip but I am trying to get him to bond with other family members since he is a Velcro dog right now

my dog is like this too when we got her shots when she was 5 months she was okay with people and dogs then 8 months came around and we got her spayed at the same place as her shots and we went back 2 days ago and she almost bit the vet, she is extremely terrified of people now, she is okay with being next to someone but not with them touching her in any way or walking in her direction it’s frustrating because she needs to be muzzled now

I need help with my dog being scared of other dogs in public. We have two other dogs in the house and he loves them but outside he’s so scared and barks. But if the other dogs bark he is so freaked out and sometimes bites at them. He doesn’t have all he’s shots yet so we use a stroller, sling or carry him. He’s scared of noise too but loves people, cars and being out. He’s 12 weeks old. Thx
