hi sis, permisson to ask. when i ran, i got hurt on right feet, especially my pinky toe. my therapist told that i had abnormal distribution weight on my toes. this happened because my pinky toes not touching the ground. but the other fingers are good. can you explain and give me insight about my condition? also what kind of strength training for finger toe? thank you..

What frequency would you use for these? I'm trying to fix running mechanics dealing with flat feet and pincer FAI. Trying to use some arch drills and glute activation during all warm ups to see if it does improve overall mechanics

Insert your fingers in between your toes and squeeze hard and deep. Good stretch for plantar fascia and prevents bunions.

Be careful on this - I tried at home and started inflammation in my femoral bone area .. surprisingly learned that I have FAI and torn 😭 if your whole leg is in inward position please start exercising hip and legs then the foot 😭😭 am I right on this ? Because while doing these exercises for overpronation I had excessive pain on my calf and inner thigh and I didn’t care ..
