@couplestherapies: I lost my respect immediately my business crumbled. I spent 80% of my money on my wife and her family. I trained my wife in school. Opened big supermarket for her. The building is in her name. I bought the land and built it for her. Sent her brother abroad. Renovated her father’s house before our wedding. Bought her parents their first car and other things I can’t remember to mention. I have properties that I registered in my wife’s name but she’s not aware. My business went down. I took a loan and I’m finding it difficult to pay back. I don’t want to sell my landed properties. I sold my car and begged my wife to sell hers. She refused. I let her be. I’ve been able to pay up the loan. I no longer provide for the family as I was doing. Just 2 months of my wife feeding me, I am already seeing shege. She’s complaining about her business going down. She make excuses if I want to make l0v€ to her. He brother came to Nigeria and he’s staying at our place because he doing one project in Lagos. I expected my wife to talk to him about supporting us financially but she didn’t. What happened this morning broke my heart. She cooked food and I just took a video of the food she served me and what she served her brother. Her reason is that her brother was the one that gave her money for cooking. I have 3 children and I am thinking of either divorcing my wife or leaving the house for her. I’ve started making an arrangement to change her name on my landed properties. I’m not touching the ones I gave her and her family. I feel sad and I don’t expect this level of betrayal. Am I overreacting? I refused to eat the food. Is there a way I would have handled this differently?
