I worked for CK in Finance under the PR/Advertising side and Collection never made money… it was def a cool job and being in the PR/Advertising side, I saw all the costs that went into the campaigns, shows, celebs, etc….

The Calvin Klein fragrances developed the best scents. Very classy. Very unique. Not like today - They all smell the same and not alluring. I sold the Calvin Klein men’s colognes in a department store back in the day. The CK company sent us to meetings and training plus paid us commission to launch and sell each new line. At class the development of notes was actually broken down into three bottles in stages to smell. So exciting and as always was given free full size testers to keep. I also had all the original CK advertising commercial tapes to play at the counter.
