![From Korean fried chicken to all-you-can-eat roast beef dinners, I made my way to @tottenhamhotspurstadium to explore their hospitality and general admission food offerings. Let me tell you, the general concession options are nothing to overlook—think buttermilk fried chicken, hot wings, burgers, freshly baked pies, and classic fish and chips. They’ve really got it all. The Tottenham Hotspur Market Place is a modern, spacious area that can host up to 2000 guests and is home to Europe’s longest bar. But what really caught my attention was a standout independent food concession called @seoulbirduk Inspired by the melting pot of cultures in Korean cuisine, they combine Korean classics with the modern flavours of Seoul’s vibrant street food. From there, it was time to take the elevator up to premium hospitality to experience their Chef’s Table. I kicked things off with a buffet of fresh salmon and prawns before heading over to their in-house carvery. Since the game I attended was on a Sunday, they pulled out all the stops with a full-on Sunday roast featuring three types of meat and all the classic sides.
