@copsbodycam030: Date: March 12, 2021. Location: Brick Church Pike, Nashville, Tennessee. The Incident: Metro Nashville Police Officer Josh Baker initiated a traffic stop on a car driven by Nika Holbert because the registered owner had outstanding drug warrants. The Shootout: During the stop, a struggle ensued when the officer attempted to arrest Holbert after finding what appeared to be drugs. After being stunned with a Taser, Holbert produced a gun and shot the officer, striking him in the torso. The officer returned fire, striking Holbert. The Crash and Death: Holbert fled the scene in her vehicle but crashed shortly after. She was transported to Skyline Medical Center, where she died from her injuries.
