One-Pot Chicken Alfredo & 🍄🟫. Recipe ↓ ■ INGREDIENTS: • chicken breasts - 2 medium, flattened • fettuccine (or any pasta) - 8 oz (225 g) • heavy cream - 1 cup (240 ml) • chicken broth - 2 cups (480 ml) • garlic - 3 cloves, minced • onion - ½ small, finely chopped • mushrooms - 1 cup, sliced • parmesan cheese - ¾ cup, grated • butter - 2 tbsp • olive oil - 1 tbsp • salt - to taste • black pepper - ½ tsp • Italian seasoning - 1 tsp • paprika - ½ tsp • fresh parsley - for garnish ■ HOW TO COOK: 1. Season the flattened chicken breasts on both sides with salt, black pepper, paprika, and a bit of Italian seasoning. 2. Heat olive oil and butter in a large pan over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 5-6 minutes per side until golden and fully cooked. Remove and set aside. 3. In the same pan, add chopped onion and sauté for 2-3 minutes until soft. Add sliced mushrooms and cook for another 4-5 minutes until they release moisture and turn golden. 4. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant. 5. Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream. Stir well and bring to a gentle simmer. 6. Add the dry pasta directly into the pan. Make sure it’s mostly submerged in the liquid. 7. Cover and cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is tender and the sauce thickens. 8. Slice the cooked chicken into strips and return it to the pan. 9. Add grated parmesan and remaining Italian seasoning. Stir until the sauce becomes creamy and smooth. 10. Taste and adjust salt if needed. If the sauce is too thick, add a splash of broth or cream. 11.
