As promised, here is the recipe for my dark masterpiece: Ingredients: • 450g All-purpose or Bread flour • 50g Whole wheat flour • 110g Active sourdough starter • 350-380g Warm water (add gradually!) • 10g Salt • The Secret: 1 tsp Cuttlefish ink or Activated charcoal for that deep black color A little tip: Every flour is different, so add the water slowly until you reach the perfect consistency.
