In my honest opinion, these people charging three times what they paid for the book originally is a bit ridiculous. I’m all for getting a little bit of profit back but charging $200-300 for a book they paid $45 (including shipping) for is not it. Now this is just for SINGLE books. I understand it a little more series, but $200 for a single book? Nah. They most I’ve paid for a resell SE is $80. I’d maybe do $100 but definitely no more than that.

I spent $60 on one that was being done via kickstarter by a very indie author for a book I read on my kindle and loved. This special edition version is the only physical version of this book that exists. So I felt it was worth it but usually $40 max for a book I REALLY like

I will absolutely be on Lit Escalates site when they drop their RR editions with Curious King, however I’ll be looking at the Artist and Numbered editions. Thankfully those are the two that I vibe with the most. But god yeah, I can’t justify a near 11k book.

Yea the artist editions for RR are dope but honestly I really love my Amazon special edition. The marble for that 10k one is real and hand carved, they’re only selling 10 of them. I can’t remember what else it has but yea it’s WILD.
