Just did my father in laws crv with 300k and as far as we know that was its first trans service, he said the Honda shudder is considerably less and shifts so much smoother.

It’s worth changing the fluid. I actually do it every 10k on my 2005. She shifts like butter for 305k miles.

Definitely it’s worth changing it (not a flush though if trans fluid hasn’t been change regularly). I did 3 drain & refill to my 7th V6 accord

Ahhh. Change it!!! Man the early Honda accords seem to be plagued by transmission issues. I’m surprised it’s not a better known thing. Super good video!
