they did something she specifically told them not to, because they assumed she'd have no choice but to pay them after it was done. This is a deceptive business practice and is against the law for a reason. If you live in the country and have a gravel driveway on purpose, it's typically because you want to keep the property looking natural and to have it blend in to the environment better. Not everybody wants asphalt!! I'm assuming this business has done shady things like this before in order to make money and I'm glad somebody is finally bringing them to light

Oh I would sue and they would be paying to remove it and returning it to gravel. I would hate an asphalt driveway. I do like gravel driveways way better.

She needs to sue them for doing this and have the judge order them to restore the driveway to its original gravel. Not just pull the asphalt up but lay down appropriate new gravel.

it wouldn't bother me but I would prefer having a non-gravel driveway. that being said if the facts are accurate then you don't owe them a dime.

upsetting yes but I feel like disturbing is a bit far it's not like they tore down your house they gave you something that's usually two three grand that because she's probably going to sue on she's probably going to get that for free because they were never supposed to touch it split and dry case
