![Recipe⤵︎ @eat_with.anna ← more recipes 🧡 [Mango Cheesecake] My best cheesecake recipe, now with mango🥭 Smooth, creamy, and melts in your mouth. ・Just blend & bake ・No-fail recipe ・Beginner friendly —- Ingredients (1 loaf / 20.5 × 10cm) —- 160g mango 200g cream cheese (room temperature) 100g yoghurt 2 eggs 200ml cream 60g sugar 20g (2 tbsp) cornstarch 15g (1 tbsp) lemon juice ———- Steps ———- 1️⃣ Preheat oven to 170℃ / 338℉ 2️⃣ Add all ingredients to a blender or mixer → blend until completely smooth. 3️⃣ Pour into a lined loaf pan → water-bath bake at 160℃ / 320℉ for 70 mins. 4️⃣ Let it cool → cover and chill in the fridge (overnight is best!). Enjoy☺︎ ———- Tip ———- For the smoothest, creamiest texture, use hot water for the water bath (about 60℃). I make it by mixing 1L boiling water + 1L tap water.
