If you live in the state that allows teachers to give punishments like this legally, then sadly is not much you can do unless their school policy show that peaches are not allowed to put the hands on the kids.

That's child abuse and an assault with a weapon.I was through the school board and the state the school has insurance for the computer.But kids have been paralyzed by being hit with a board
