I had them accuse me of not ringing up 3 drinks they came over to me and advised me of it. I then showed them that I do not have any drinks to ring up. it was their mistake. I was thankful the addressed the issue immediately.

You don't get a discount for doing someone else's job. So I always use a check out with a person.

I never never assume that liability. I will wait in line with 10 people in front of me to have them scan what I want to buy. If they make a mistake it's 100% not my fault.

I had thing seem to scan but didn't . They need a light flash along with the tone so you know you're righteous.
