People aren't spiteful. Share your success with your immediate family and some very close friends.No one else cares.Being humble is a very nice trait.Be discreet. You'll find that humble people don't need appreciation from people esp strangers on social media- to feel they have achieved something. Sharing with family is enough for them.Repetitive sharing of success just comes across as showing off. Its that simple.

I believe it is because we think the success can be only loads of money and that’s why we compare ourselves to the rest of the world and we think I’m not successful because I don’t have this or that or that and this without realizing that success is also having a good heart, beautiful soul and spirit loving attitude to every single living being you meet on your way and maybe that’s even a greater success but unfortunately, we uploaded only when we see somebody has it load and loads of stuff and it is a little bit sad. Because rarely you will see creators, make videos about simple people having good heart and calling them successful.

i understand your point.let me give you another pov: there are millions of people suffering,for whatever reason,maybe even in your friendslist.how can they jump for joy for you if they don’t have the bare minimum to cover food not to mention their costs.chose people who are like you,then you get the support you need.in these times it’s time to help others and not to show off 4 new hermés shirts,etc… having alot has a price: be humble. 🙏

I’ve stopped sharing important things on socials. I don’t want my life to be entertainment for the stalkers that never leave a comment. Also I want to see my friends faces when I share my news. If I’m genuinely excited about something so are my friends. Also I don’t know what state my friends are in when they see a post. They might not be feeling the best if they are scrolling and I don’t want to rub my happiness in their face. There’s something more in this idea of not sharing, it seems like the blow back of social media.
