The government thinks they own everything, don't they realize that without it's people the whole point of a government is useless? not to mention that water comes from the earth, like the whole earth, and apparently they never took science class. do they not realize that there's a water cycle? evaporated water turn into clouds, could move in the atmosphere then when the clouds get heavy enough it rains (or snows) we could be getting water that rained in Venezuela, evaporated, turned into a cloud, drifted to America then rained again, so wouldn't that technically be Venezuelas water? that means the government is stealing water too?

People as long as we stand for bullshit, they will keep doing bs. Last year the government tried to double charge me on sales tax. I’m aware of approximately how much it should be. So I went to a different city and filed. I was right. My county tried to steal $730 from me. When I brought it up to the authorities. They just said mistakes can happen. Also until I went to a different town and filed I refused to pay I was fined $300 in fees for having a bad temp tag. When is it going to stop.

Rain is natures wash, it does not belong to the government. Or comes from the earth, not the state. How is that theft? Maybe anyone who is a part of the state senate should go to jail for letting free rain water soak into their grass to make it green.

The ONLY thing I can see them arguing for is thay rain water gets absorbed back into the governemnt land/water supply and that's their claim. Note, I don't agree one iota, I'm just saying that could be their argument
