Not really because the molecules are bigger Nitrogen (N₂) and oxygen (O₂) molecules are almost the same size, so that doesn’t make a real difference. The main reason nitrogen is used is because it’s dry and more stable, so tire pressure changes a bit less with temperature and there’s less moisture inside the tire. But honestly for normal cars, regular air is already about 78% nitrogen, so the difference is pretty small
