the difference from rendille and somali is rendille are only dependent on camels and somalis wanted camel cattle and goat. the rendille were seen as stubborn and annoying because they didn’t follow the migration to get to cattle and goats so they were left behind. somalis were heavily influenced by arabs which is why they’re muslim rendilles are heavily influenced by samburu so rendille believe in traditional cushitic gods and dress similar to samburus. they’re language is nearly identical with small shifts here and there
