Hey Chef Mo - you know what would be so amazing? If you had a website with these recipes including short videos for each one, exactly like this! I expect websites must be expensive to build, so you could have an optional AndiaMOClub with the entire collection, and I would pay to subscribe! Some of us may not be very tech-y, so saving and /sharing is daunting, but we know how to Google and we know how to subscribe! 😁 Just a thought. I’m really enjoying following you! Thank you for all the beginner tips!

I have tried preparing fried rice several times and failed. Maybe roasting the rice first will make a difference. I always used day old rice. Thank you for sharing!❤️
