That is not nachos. thats just huge crab rangoon. Nachos is when you fry the wrapper then top with the mixture and sauce.

I cut the egg roll wrappers into 4 triangles, fry them, then top with the mixture + some mozz, then bake till the cheese gets melty. More of a nacho style imo
