Should be illegal to do that. If I pay for brand new I want a brand new one.

They don’t even look at returns they send them right back into rotation. I ordered a pair of jeans that had a hold in them. I sent them back and ordered a replacement and they sent the same pair back to me 🙄

They should be REQUIRED to identify it was previously purchased; therefore no longer new! And charge accordingly!!

Half of everything I get from Amazon is clearly a return now. Charging new prices for used goods is fraudulent.

I hate getting these!!! One time I got returned cosmetics 😠 You should have the option to get a discount if you’re ok to receive a returned item

I have bought many clothing items that have been clearly worn. Some smell like perfume and some have been washed and shrunk. It sucks because then I have to go out of my way to return them.

Always wash any clothes you buy before you wear them.

Not everything that has an LPN is a return. LPNs are put on a lot of brand new shoes. They do it with a few other types of items and use those LPNs as a serial number.

I ordered a bra….a VERY used bra came in a bag like that. Obviously someone ordered a new one, “returned” it with the old one. It was disgusting.

I KEEP getting items like this and it’s annoying me at this point. Took me to return it 3x just to finally get a new item. I complained to Amazon and all they said was “we check for quality and care for our return item to ensure they can be resold” are you kidding me?

I got a shirt yesterday, opened the bag and the smell of perfume was so overwhelming and sickening. I can’t believe they resold that!!

I can always smell when someone returned clothing (I don’t purchase clothes from Amazon, but other stores).
