It’s really not that bad, sore for a day after but that’s it. Just ice it and relax for a day. After 2 weeks I was swimming, working out, and cliff jumping. Also, don’t let the people make you concern over getting side effects, most people will be just fine. Got mine done 2 years ago and have been sterile and less stressed since.

as someones whos had it done. I suggest a bath everyday to ease the pain, and no physical activity / running, jumping etc for 2 weeks.. Other than that all good 👍

Nothing too it. Could have had it done during lunchtime then back to work. But my dad had an infection woesers. Lol. It was bad. A fair few mates had infections as well.

One of the easiest things I’ve ever done, had the donkey kick in the plums pain on day 7 but no regrets
