I’m pregnant and seeing how people talk about pregnancy, childbirth, motherhood, and children is so hurtful and isolating. makes me feel like i need to be embarrassed for wanting to be a mom.

also children are people too. Even if we don't think about mothers, children are people too and deserve respect. they're not animals, they're not *things* that become people when they are convenient to everyone else. They are people from the start and they deserve dignity and respect

People who say that children shouldn’t be allowed in certain places if their pets can’t😭 you can leave your pet at home but it’s pretty illegal to leave your young child at home
