Bear is right about Snuffy. But Ego js NOT god. He isn’t and won’t be right about everything. Y’all treating his word like bond because it got Blue lock here. But many people are above blue lock through other philosophies.

Alongside the introduction of the concept of Originality go read that chapter where Ego explains it as well cause it all leads to the player deciding their reason for playing even if it's not as a striker

Also I felt like snuffy was an example of what Isagi will look like in the future. A player great for team success and individual performance. Remember we never saw Snuffys ability as a striker. He used himself as a tool to make his tactics work. Similar to stuff we’ve seen from Isagi. What we will see moving forward is Isagi develop himself as an individual striker and being selfish when it’s needed while also helping the team when it’s called for.

even the world 5 are stated to be egoist. the story has pretty much established that world class strikers are egoist. if ego philosophy is wrong there would be no reason for nagi to have gotten kicked out of the nel betraying it

Snuffy doesn’t play for U20 Ubers, so I wouldn’t say the tactics he has for them relate to his dream of winning the leagues. Anyways, to the actual point of the video, the way Snuffy ran Ubers removes autonomy from the team. He specifically studied each player and determined where and how they should play. Their success and failure are all an extension oh him as their “boss”, this is the essence of his “work” model, where winning is their job (ch214). In the comparison of whether he follows Ego’s model or that of that Hugo/ Karasu has taken on it’s pretty obvious he’s on the side of aptitude.

Agreed, it would make zero sense for ego to choose 1 or more masters that shared a different philosophy than him, which in his eyes would put bluelockers under that said masters team at a disadvantage in terms of they’re mindset. Another 10/10 take brother💯

I mean, maybe the point of hiring him was for what happened to happen ultimately barou what about against that style of soccer forced the team to play for him and it just to hit the following all the structure tactics maybe the point for hiring snuffy was to see which one of his players would rebel against his play style and still succeed

With this logic doesn't Hugo also embody Egi's philosophy? He wats to win the world cup 4 times so he helps a team to improve to be overall the strongest. He wants Loki to be the strongest not for Loki's sake but for his own. Having an overall goal or something doesn't inherently mean you are sefish or that you embody Ego's philosophy

Also I’m tired of people acting like Isagi is a bad striker. Hugo and France are treating him like he’s the MOST Dangerous player rn. He called him an average striker after removing the weapons that make him a great striker. Thats like saying Kaiser would be an average striker if u remove the Kaiser impact, predator eye, and team play. Like yall please read the manga.
