@plandymandy: Baked Chicken Caesar Tacos: 16oz shredded chicken 2-3tbsp caesar dressing 8oz shredded italian cheese 4oz soft cream cheese 1tsp each; pepper, Italian seasoning 1/2tsp each; salt, paprika 1/4tsp red pepper flakes 10-12 fajita tortillas 2C shredded romaine 1-2 tomatoes, diced 2tbsp extra caesar dressing *oil for outside of tortillas 1.imix cream cheese, 2 tbsp caesar dressing, seasonings, & 4oz cheese 2.fold in chicken 3.spread oiled tortillas on parchment lined baking sheet (oil side down) 4.sprinkle extra cheese on tortillas 5.spread chicken evenly among tortillas, squish tacos closed 6.bake at 400 for 15-20 min 7.toss lettuce, tomatoes, & extra dressing- then top baked tacos My family eats yummy weeknight dinners like this on an $80 weekly grocery budget.
