Growing up my mom would stir fry some sardines with onions , garlic, peppers and a little fish sauce and we would eat it with some rice ! BOMBBBBBDIGGITYYYYYY

Nooo!! Pour that oil out over a small pan and dump some diced garlic and shallots in there until the fragrances open up. Then pour it over the sardines with the rest of those ingredients. Sooo good
