Whisk in olive oil, honey, both mustards, thyme, garlic, salt, and pepper, adjusting vinegar and seasoning to taste. Toss lettuce, fennel, dill, cilantro, parsley, and chives with dressing, season lightly with salt and pepper, mound onto a platter, and serve immediately. That one doesn’t have enough aside for me. Only 2 tbsp to a cup of oil? I prefer 1/4-1/2 parts to 1 part oil.

I love how the comments just don't get that ofc you could buy another olive oil or use less of it or not rinse the shallots but that will be another salad and would probably not qualify as a favorite of anyone
