People want $2000 quality job for $500 price. “It ain’t that bad” needs 80 grit up to 800. Some customers don’t complain about price. Some complain about the most simple small things. I try and meet everyone in the middle, just hate people price gouging and hurting myself having 20 hours in something and they want to pay for 5. it’s hard to please everyone.

4 years ago no one in my area would pay more the 6 to 800 to have a truck polished. Now my avrage truck is 12 to 1800 bucks

We have gotten to a point now where our customers use our discretion on if it needs pulled or not. There are some trucks we pull apart every time and other we’ve never pulled anything off

The way I see it is the job is always done the way the customer wants. If he wants a 500 dollar job or 1500 dollar job he will get what he asks for! The mission is to please customers and make them a return customer!

I only polish one way honestly if they want cheap and just ask for something half ass I pass it. my name is on it and I want it to look good so I don't touch it. lol I'd rather go be a greeter at wally world.

I do all my jobs the same way my name is on it. alot of my custers want everything done at once and alot want it done in sections. not all polisher have the means to pull wheels or parts off. polishing is an art you have to take your time but also be efficient enough to get it done in your time frame

I'm growing the demand for the high end work I do in my area. after they see a few friends looking large they want it to and most of them don't ask about price until the end... I also have great customers that just want the basics and I can do what they want for a decent price

I've heard different opinions on this question. Is there "certifications" regarding pulling wheels? In my opinion so long as you have common sense and proper tools to get proper torque and such why not 🤷
