I was 18 when I had my son. They fed him with a bottle when I was explicitly breast feeding. I wasn’t taught to pump, nor any tips on nipple care. I was cracked & bleeding by 2wks & gave up 💯 I wish we could normalize teaching things on a broader spectrum for women, & body care & how to self soothe 💯
