My ex did this too. Together 4 years Had most of his socials deleted after I seen he kept following girls etc even tho I didn’t want him to do that , we broke up last Sunday and he reactivated his profile THAT DAY and is following the whole nation and has gone silent on me ever since leaving me shattered. !!! That mask always comes off sooner or later 💯

If they went back to their Ex, You may have been the rebound. I've been with many rebounders, both Anxious and Avoidant, but I understand what I'm getting myself into so I don't invest in an emotional connection. it's not worth the heartache.

omg such similar experiences. mine got blocked 2 weeks ago...the only thing I could do to regain sanity. people talk about emotional inconsistency. not the lies and validation seeking.
