Toddler is 1-4 yrs old. You have no idea how old a child is by looking at them. My nephew is 15, 6,4 and 306 pounds. He has ALWAYS been bigger than his peers. It’s ok to correct children in public spaces. But don’t assume they shouldn’t be there

The problem is people don’t understand you’re six year old is not a toddler. You’re five year old is not a toddler and certainly not your eight year old.

People are misunderstanding we understand your 99th percentile baby being there we can tell that they are still babies bc of how they are interacting with the other kids. On the other hand we can tell when your 7/8yr old is not in the right space.

My toddler was 3 ft at 15 months… I always feel like I have to tell other parents in the toddler play areas that he’s just 1 years old but extremely tall…so at 3 years old…who knows how tall he will be 😅😅😅. You never know how old a kid is!

YES!!! there were 7-8 year olds playing dodgeball in the 0-2 area when I was there with my 10 month old. I was so upset!

There was a baby/toddler play area in the airport and a family (mom,dad,teenager,8yr) came in with all of their stuff and sat around taking up space while my 2yr old and a baby were trying to play. There are so many other places to relax.
