Hey girl, also moving to Dubai in 2 weeks! Decluttering is the hardest part for sure. As everywhere is air conditioned, you’ll probs wanna take a few blazers for work. To make your life easier, I’d say anything you didn’t wear last summer, don’t bother bringing. And if anything, you can always pick things up whilst living in DXB. I hope that helps a little! Xx

For work - offices as normally cold so trousers, long sleeve & short sleeve tops, blazers etc. For day to day - I just wear lots of linen trousers & tops, gym sets, casual dresses, denim shorts etc. I only moved here with 2 suitcases, didn’t bring loads, you can obvs get stuff here & figure out what you need. Bring some jumpers/hoodies but leave all the coats/jackets/warm clothes at home for when you go back to visit xx

I just moved here three weeks ago and felt the exact same! Packing was so hard I’m a huge overpacker too 🤣 I’d defo bring a couple of hoodies / cardigans, light jackets (denim / leather) for the cooler evenings and a blazer for work! Linen shirts are perfect for an extra layer and for throwing on in the malls etc, I’ve been living in mine! Toiletries are quite expensive out here so bring what you can especially if you like specific brands - I brought Mitchum deodorant out with me and so glad I did 🙌🏻 xxx

Hi girl, I’ve lived in dubai for 4 years now and never worn a jacket haha! For the office I’d recommend blazers and cardigans with trousers as sometimes the AC makes it cold but don’t pack too much you can also get everything here. Hope this helps xx
