my little hack for that exact mac and cheese from Tesco is add a few splashes of Worcestershire sauce and chop up a piece of ham and mix it in! it's still cheap and it boosts the flavour BIG time it gives off budget carbonara vibes😂

Always thought of Mac & cheese as a main. Not had it since I was a kid and making it in home economics. Veg and cheese yes, no keen pm pasta and cheese - all to stodgy.

You should try the frozen chicken and bacon pasta (if you eat meat) it’s like £1.65-£2. It’s so good.
