Riddle me this, they(the other Chloe’s cookies) have cookies named KitKat cookie, and Sesame Street cookie, isn’t that trademark infringement, unless they explicitly have permission from both companies to use their names and logos etc?

One thing is clear - they have guaranteed their own end. This was the worst move they could have made. They are a small, local company that is now known for all the wrong reasons. Hope they enjoy that name when they are out of business.

There are multiple “Chloe’s cookies” or similar names out there. Chloe’s giant cookies is the only one they are suing. She has a better business than they do and they are trying to profit off her.

So, genuine question. They are in fact different names. I’m confused how one company can tell another they can’t use a SIMILAR name. Even if the one is trademarked. Sorry, I am just here to learn. Oh, and this is some petty BS and I do hope this backfires horribly for them.

No they trademark it in 2026! Close Giant cookies were named before they trademark! They are only suing out of greed nothing else in my opinion. So many names are Chloe and they are not suing them..

It’s literally two different names. The business name as a whole is and never will be Chloe’s GIANT cookies. They will forever be Chloe’s Cookies. I could be completely wrong cause I don’t know about these things but using my common sense I would think these are two different companies how can you sue me. The fact that they saw a TikTok and followers they said I want what they have. They are toddlers throwing a tantrum over a toy and this isn’t a damn toy, it’s a woman hard earned business. This is so sad.
