I looked 10 years older. 4 weeks of doing these poses every evening = complete transformation: Cow Face Arms (1 min each) - Opens shoulders Camel Pose (30 sec) - Reverses slouch Thread the Needle (1 min each) - Releases tension Puppy Pose (2 min) - Lengthens spine Total time: 10 minutes after work Results I noticed: No more upper back pain, Stand taller naturally, Shoulders back without thinking, Neck tension gone, More confident (posture = presence!)
