This recipe is insane 🍰❤️‍🔥 [~195 cals 18g protein] - Find my cookbooks in my bio 👀💖 Updates (free with purchase) almost down I’ll be sending them out soon 😎✨ - (Graham cracker crust) ✰ 3 sheets graham crackers ✰ 2-3 tbsp sf maple syrup (Cheesecake) ✰ 1/3 cup low fat cream cheese ✰ 2/3 cup 0% Greek yogurt ✰ 1/4 cup monkfruit ✰ 1 egg ✰ dash vanilla and lemon juice ✰ 1 scoop 1UP protein in Birthday Cake (code fitfoodie 💖) (3 tbsp sf jam for topping) 1. Preheat oven to 350 F 2. Crush Graham crackers and combine with syrup. 3. Spray 3, 4 inch spring pans (I got mine on Amazon) and pack Graham cracker mixture. 4. Mix cheesecake ingredients and pour into tins. 5. Bake for about 20-25 min or until middle is set but a bit soft (do not over bake or they will become dry). 6. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours. 7.
