So I make cabbage rolls for my dad a lot cause he loves him so much and the family recipe but I wanted to tell you one of the easiest tricks that I have found is putting your cabbage in the freezer overnight and then just letting it defrost while you’re working and when you get home, it’s soft and pliable and it’s like it’s cooked already. It’s really cool and it works really well.

I'm not sure about the flavor or that "curry" sauce?? Do you typically make with the "norm" tomato sauce? If you would describe the flavor of the curry sauce what does it taste like with the stuffed rolls....
