As a current owner of a 04 cooper s i swapped out the JCW airbox for DDM motor works cold air intake and add the intercooler diverter from them as well. The only intercooler worth getting is the OEM GP intercooler. Headers, exhaust, tune and a few things from TPE percision you should be around 250HP
