Recipe: also in my previous video I go into more detail but recipe down below ⬇️1 can sliced peaches
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup white sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 tbsp water
Egg roll wrappers
Oil (for frying)
Instructions
1. Make the filling:
Chop peaches. Add to a pan with brown sugar, white sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla
Cook on medium heat 5–7 minutes put in corn starch slurry until thick and syrupy. Let cool.
2. Assemble:
Place 2 tbsp filling in the center of an egg roll wrapper.
Fold bottom up, sides in, then roll tight. Seal edge
3. Fry:
Fry in hot oil (350°F) for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown.
Drain on paper towels.
4. Finish:
Dust with powdered sugar or drizzle peach filling on top.
