I will literally do ANYTHING to not have to deal with the baby from 5pm on. Dishes? You got it. Laundry? Not a problem. Scrub toilets? Why not. 😂

we take shifts in our house, typically swapping every 30-45 minutes to switch it up so neither of us parents get too frustrated, and the energy swap keeps her relatively chill

My 10 month old LOVES puffs. She’s like a dog when you shake the treat bag. When you shake her puffs she comes crawling! 😂

Little people toys! We have the Barbie house, the Moana one, and the farm one. Those keep my baby occupied for a long time.

Snacks and we honestly started doing sensory play at 430/5. We have a play doh bin. A coloring bin (invisible markers). A kinetic sand bin ( bit messy lol so warning on that one). Water color books that you paint with brush and it changes colors and dries white again. We pretty much have 7 bins. One for each day if we need it. That buys us usually 45min to an hour….. also snacks lmao

i pick my baby up from the sitter at 4:15 and they’ll say she was in the best mood all day, slept great, etc. and then immediately when we get home, she’s miserable lol. i also distract w lots of snacks 🥲
