This is why I started highlighting and writing in my books. I've never seen a historical account of someone writing in a book and thought they shouldn't have, I thought it was fantastic that people have always been people.

So glad so many of you like my enthusiasm for this quilt. We are so happy to add it to the collection at the Museum at Texas Tech University. All the quilts in the collection prior to January 1, 2026 can be seen on The Quilt Index. This one just came in in February. The quilts make have lots of imperfections.

the imperfect shapes make it look more natural, and I like to imagine these are blue flowers growing up a lattice. maybe during a beautifully orange sunset 💠🌇
