What would you recommend someone do if they want to start meditating and increasing their frequency? I’m not big on medication, because I feel like “it doesn’t work with me”, but I have been told I am a medium (don’t know what type yet), and I want to begin working on it. I have also been told I SHOULD by other mediums because I made a promise before coming back to earth. Would love to talk to you more about it and learn from you! And please, tell us more, sounds like such an amazing experience!

You explained your experience so well. I was hooked the entire way. Could you ask them what they as a collective believe is the universe/life/reality itself? Like right now, I think we’re all evolving until we reach singularity (so we as a universe experiencing itself through lifeforms has evolved to the end which is unity) I hope that makes sense
